1.  Where are you located?

    * We are located at 313 S Shawnee in Dewey

2.  Do you charge a deposit?

    *We charge a one time deposit ranging from $20-40 depending on unit size

3.  Do I furnish my own lock?

     *Yes and no. We furnish a lock on each vacant unit. You will be charged $15 when you reserve the unit for the lock. If you return the lock you will  get credit back for the $15.

     * We highly recommend a round disc lock to secure your belongings.

4.  When is my payment due?

    * All payments are due the 1st day of each month.
    * There is a 7 day grace period, after 7 days payments are considered late and there will be a $20.00 late charge added to rent.  An additional $10 late charge is added for payments late after 15 days
    * We offer the convenient service of recurring billing that will automatically pay your rent each month.

5.  If I move out during the middle of the month, do I get a refund?

    * Sorry, but units are rented on a per month basis and we do not offer refunds for early move-outs.

6.  Is my personal property insured?

   * We do offer tenant protection plans at time of rental.  If you choose to decline coverage you will need coverage from your homeowner or renter policy.

7.  Can I rent after hours?

    * Yes. You can rent 24/7 right here on our website. 
    * Your rental instructions and lock code will be text and emailed to you upon signing your lease and setting up your payment.
    * Everything can be done from the convenience of your phone or computer. 

8.  What happens when I want to move out?

    * Please email us, text us, or log into your account to give notice of move out.
    * We require 10 day notice prior to move out. 
    * Units must be cleaned out of all items and must be broom swept to be eligible for a full refund of the deposit.  
    * Tenants are responsible for rent and late fees until we are notified of move out.
